Can a person be fired for having cyber sex whilst at work in an office?
Well this person is an EA in this company and they had cyber sex with somebody using software that the company firewall had blocked. I mean doing that in an office using the companies computer and time, etc is ba enough...
With evidence, time and date, etc. could a person be fired for this i mean surely it goes against work ethics to do that sort of thing and if not then that's just wrong.

Depends on what their contract says. I mean from the sounds of it they are under a contract and not just your typical at-will employee. I'd say they can be fired though, it's really not that different then being caught in the janitor's closest having physical sex if you ask me.
